Collaboration between Unud and KSSK in Conducting a Seminar on Assessment and Policy Framework for Financial System Stability

Thursday, June 6, 2024, the Financial System Stability Assessment and Policy Framework Seminar was held by the Financial System Stability Committee. This seminar was held by the Financial System Stability Committee (KSSK) in collaboration with Udayana University Postgraduate Program and the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. This activity is held offline located in the Postgraduate Building Hall, UNUD, and online through the Zoom Meeting application.

 

Prof. Dr. Ir. I Wayan Budiasa, S.P., M.P., IPU, ASEAN Eng., as Director of Postgraduate UNUD, who in this case represented the Rector of UNUD, gave a speech as well as opening this activity event. In his remarks, Prof. Budiasa reported that this activity was attended by Wadir I Postgraduate UNUD, Wadir II Postgraduate UNUD, Coordinator of the Master of Sustainable Development and Finance Study Program, as well as participants who attended offline and online who were student representatives from the Faculty of Business Economics UNUD, Faculty of Business Economics UNMAS, Faculty of Business Economics Warmadewa, STIMI Handayani Denpasar, Faculty of Engineering UNUD, Faculty of Agriculture UNUD, and Master of Sustainable Development and Finance Study Program.

 

In this case, Prof. Budiasa highly welcomed the holding of this seminar as a step to expand socialization and increase literacy related to financial stability, referring to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4 of 2023 concerning the development and strengthening of the financial sector. This activity also enriches the steps that have been taken by UNUD in collaboration with OJK Bali Province in implementing the thematic KKN Financial Inclusion. The Secretary of KSSK, Dr. Arief Wibisono, S.H., LLM, said in his speech that with the 1998 crisis case, we were able to learn to develop a framework and prevention in the future, especially in the context of financial crises, so that when there is a crisis, we know what to do.
