Evaluation of the Integrity Zone toward a Corruption-Free Area

This report presents the results of a service quality and anti-corruption perception survey conducted at the Postgraduate School of Udayana University from April to June 2026. Data were collected from 30 active respondents through the inspirasiDIKTI platform.

Methodology

Survey Implementation and Respondent Profile

The survey was conducted to measure service users' satisfaction and perceptions of service quality and anti-corruption integrity.

Data Period

Second Quarter of 2026, covering April to June 2026.

Method

An electronic questionnaire integrated with the inspirasiDIKTI system.

Instrument

Five IPAK items and nine IPKP items using a rating scale from 1.00 to 4.00.

Analysis

Strengths and Areas for Improvement

The survey results indicate strong performance. However, several aspects still need to be strengthened to ensure more consistent service quality in the next quarter.

Key Strengths

The indicator concerning freedom from illegal levies achieved a perfect score of 4.00. Service response systems were also rated highly for speed, with a score of 3.97. These results indicate that service governance and the digital transformation of academic administration are functioning effectively.

Areas for Improvement

The lowest scores were recorded for access to consultation or complaint services and the accuracy of service charge or fee information, each at 3.83. The indicator concerning benefits received outside the applicable provisions also requires continued monitoring, with a score of 3.87.

Follow-up Recommendations

The recommendations are intended to maintain strong performance and strengthen service aspects that still have room for improvement.

Optimize Complaint Channels

Improve the interface and accessibility of the complaint system. Place QR codes or complaint links in strategic locations across the campus.

Transparency of Fee Information

Publish official infographics on academic service rates and fees through social media and the website so that students clearly understand the applicable charges.

Integrity Monitoring

Conduct regular briefings for front-office staff and educational support personnel to reinforce the rejection of all forms of compensation or gratuities in administrative services.

Conclusion

Service delivery at the Postgraduate School of Udayana University during the second quarter of 2026 was rated Excellent and Clean by service users. The IPAK score of 3.93 and IPKP score of 3.91 demonstrate the work unit's commitment to supporting the development of an Integrity Zone toward a Corruption-Free Area.
