The 2025 Performance Report presents program implementation, indicator achievements, budget realization, innovation, collaboration, and improvement priorities based on the 2025–2029 Postgraduate Strategic Plan and the 2025 Performance Agreement.
The 2025 achievements include student management, stronger study program quality, the establishment of a new study program, expanded collaboration, and improvements in accountability-based governance.
The year 2025 marked the establishment of the Master's Program in Hospital Administration (MARS), based on Ministry of Higher Education Decree No. 868/B/O/2025 dated 3 October 2025.
Six quantitative indicators achieved or exceeded their targets. The SAKIP rating was maintained at category B.

Lecturer activities under the Three Pillars of Higher Education and professional practice. Competency certification and practitioner involvement. Recognition and application of lecturer outputs. Completion of the Integrity Zone Evaluation Worksheet. Average unit budget absorption. Non-UKT PNBP revenue. Realization of IDR 838,688,897 from a budget ceiling of IDR 857,571,000. Realization of IDR 1,101,358,537 from a budget ceiling of IDR 1,196,664,206. Dissemination activities and the establishment of an Integrity Zone Team to support bureaucratic reform. Monitoring and evaluation of student services to maintain the quality of academic and administrative services. Periodic evaluation of performance target achievements at the unit and study program levels. Implementation of 17 collaborations with government, private, national, and international institutions.
The report identifies four strengthening priorities to support target achievement in the following period.
Refine planning to ensure that activities proceed according to the established plans and schedules. Encourage lecturers to expand external collaboration in support of key performance indicator achievements. Consistently monitor achievements against the Performance Agreement. Strengthen coordination among leadership, lecturers, and educational support staff.
