Buleleng, June 16, 2025 – The Postgraduate Program of Udayana University once again carried out a strategic activity aimed at enhancing networking and academic promotion. On Monday, June 16, 2025, at 1:00 PM WITA, a delegation from the Postgraduate Program visited the Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Buleleng Regency.

The event was attended by the director of the postgraduate program at Udayana University, along with Deputy Director I and Deputy Director II. The delegation was warmly received by the Secretary of BKPSDM Buleleng Regency and his staff. In his remarks, the BKPSDM representative welcomed the initiative as part of the synergy between the academic world and local government in developing human resource quality, particularly within the civil service sector.

The information session presented by the Graduate School team covered explanations about various master's and doctoral programs offered, research-based learning systems, scholarship schemes, and flexibility in course schedules for government officials. The interactive delivery of the presentation held the participants' attention.

Based on observations during the event, there was high enthusiasm among the participants, who were predominantly active civil servants. Many of them actively asked questions about the registration process, program options relevant to their backgrounds, and opportunities to study while continuing their official duties. The outcome indicates a positive trend in the growing interest in pursuing higher education through the Postgraduate Program at Udayana University.

This event is also expected to open opportunities for sustainable collaboration between the Postgraduate Program at UNUD and the Buleleng Regency Government in supporting the enhancement of employees' competencies through formal education pathways. (ds)
