Discipline and Good Communication: Towards a Better Postgraduate

January 16, 2022: A coordination meeting was held between the leaders and
postgraduate education staff in the hall room of the Udayana University
Postgraduate Building. This coordination meeting aims to establish better
communication between fellow students and with leaders. This event was led and
opened by Dr. I Gusti Ayu Putri Kartika, SH., MH., as Deputy Director for
Finance, General Affairs, and Postgraduate Cooperation at Udayana University.
Several
directions were given by Wadir II, including maintaining discipline, openness,
and always building good communication to create even better service to all
users, including students, lecturers, guests, and leaders. "We must always
build good communication between colleagues as well as with leaders; discipline
must always be maintained and even improved." "Professionalism and
discipline are the responsibilities of each of the positions and duties carried
out in order to create maximum service to users," she said.
With
good communication between colleagues and the leadership, there will be strong
cooperation. No one will feel that their work is harder than the others, and
vice versa. Colleagues can work together for a better postgraduate degree.
This
coordination meeting is also a reflection of what has been achieved and what
has not been achieved in 2022, which will then be used as a reference to build
a more advanced postgraduate program. (bmp)
