Udayana University Graduate School Holds Engineer Profession Inauguration and Release of the 166th Graduation Candidates

Denpasar, February 19, 2025 – The Graduate School of Udayana University held an engineer profession inauguration ceremony and the release of prospective graduates, which took place in the Auditorium of the Graduate School Building, Denpasar, on Wednesday morning. The solemn event was attended by the Director of the Udayana University Postgraduate Program, the Deputy Directors, the Chairman of the Indonesian Engineers Association Bali Region, and the Coordinators of the Study Programs. A total of 66 prospective graduates from the Engineering Profession Study Program, 6 prospective graduates from the Master of Ergonomics and Work Physiology Study Program, and 1 prospective graduate from the Doctor of Environmental Science Study Program participated in the ceremony.

As part of the event series, the prospective graduates were awarded for their academic achievements during their intensive educational program. The Udayana University Graduate School has successfully graduated more than 1,400 individuals at various educational levels, including 13 from the Doctoral Program, 603 from the Master's Program, and 851 from the Engineering Profession Program. This number also includes the prospective graduates who will soon begin their professional careers in the industrial and academic worlds.

This event also serves as an important moment to appreciate the academic and professional contributions made by the higher education institution, where participants are expected to play an active role in the advancement of technology and science. With the presence of experts and important figures from the Indonesian Engineers Association Bali Region, this inauguration further demonstrates the commitment of the Postgraduate Program at Udayana University to produce high-quality engineers ready to face global challenges.

Currently, the Graduate School of Udayana University has 215 active students in the Master's Program, 24 students in the Doctoral Program, and 71 students in the Engineering Profession Program. The success of this institution in producing the best graduates is a tangible testament to the dedication and continuously improving quality of education. With high spirits, this university continues to strive to produce competent and highly-integrity professionals, ready to contribute in various fields of science and industry in Indonesia.
