The Master of Hospital Administration Study Program at Udayana University aims to prepare prospective executives in the field of health services for managerial and leadership positions. This program focuses on improving the quality and safety of health services in hospitals, with reference to Law No. 17 of 2023 concerning the National Health System, PP No. 28 of 2024 on hospital management, and STARKES PMK 1128 of 2022 which regulates hospital management standards. With the integration of applicable regulations and standards, this program is designed to produce leaders who are competent in facing challenges and providing quality and safe health services.

To become a center for the development of science, technology, and art in the management of hospitals and medical tourism that is responsible, high-quality, excellent, and sustainable in Indonesia.

1. Organizing outcome-based master's education supported by information and communication technology and a strong quality assurance system to produce excellent, independent, and cultured hospital managers and leaders who are globally competitive.;

2. Conducting research to develop and solve hospital management problems and generate innovation through a multi-, inter-, and transdisciplinary scientific network approach.;

3. Establishing cooperation with governmental and non-governmental parties at the local, national, and international levels to achieve graduate competence, conduct research, and/or disseminate the results of health development and innovation that are beneficial to the development of health services.
