The Master of Health Law (MHKes) program is a multidisciplinary program at the Udayana University Graduate School, which was established in September 2022 based on the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Decree No. 696/E/O/2022. The MHKes program at Udayana University offers an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary curriculum in the field of health law, with a unique focus on health law in the areas of medical tourism and culture-based (local wisdom) approaches. The MHKes Program at Udayana University focuses on legal studies in the field of health, emphasizing law in the areas of tourism, elderly health, traditional medicine, and legal aspects of culture and environmental health, hospital regulations, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

MThe Master of Health Law program at Udayana University is a health law educational institution capable of producing graduates who are innovative in the field of health law science and expertise, excelling, independent, cultured, and devoted to the interests of the nation and humanity, as well as being competitive at the national and international levels.

1. To provide excellent, independent, and culturally sensitive master's degree programs in health law at the national level, and to advance the field of health law.

3. Conducting community service in order to improve health law knowledge and legal awareness among the community.
