Musrenbang 2022: Designing Priority Programs Towards Fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

The Postgraduate Program of Udayana University held a Development Planning Discussion (Musrenbang) on Wednesday, (23/3/2022). Musrenbang was opened by the Director of Postgraduate, Prof. Ir. Linawati, M.Eng.Sc., Ph.D., and attended by the Unit Coordinator (KoUnit) and Study Program Coordinator (KoProdi) in the Postgraduate environment of Udayana University.

Musrenbang is the initial stage of annual planning with the objective of setting priorities for annual policies, programs, and activities. This Musrenbang is held to unite the perception of the community in designing priority programs that refer to the transformation of higher education through Key Performance Indicators (IKU).

Prof. Ir. Linawati, M.Eng.Sc., Ph.D. in her speech, urged, "Let's focus and agree on priority programs that will be the core of the preparation and implementation of work programs while also prioritizing an effective and efficient budget plan." She continued, "This Musrenbang is a momentum for deliberation and discussion in preparing development plans, work programs, and budgets for 2023."

It was also revealed that this activity is crucial because discussion can commence on the design of strategic steps that will be pursued to keep the entire education implementation process, together with all its components, still leading to the achievement of the targeted vision, mission, and goals. This Musrenbang will also become a general guideline for the development of the Unud Postgraduate Program for the next four years which should refer to the 2020-2024 Unud Postgraduate Strategic Plan.

Furthermore, in this Musrenbang, all KoProdi also convey performance indicators and achievements that have been achieved, as well as describe priority programs that can be referred to for all Study Programs and units in the Postgraduate environment.
