Senppiu 2022: IMPLEMENTATION OF SIMBG AT THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SPATIAL ARRANGEMENTS OF BADUNG REGENCY CASE STUDY ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY, ENVIRONMENT IN A BUILDING AND BUILDING VIOLATIONS ON ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATION

Located in the Third Floor Postgraduate Courtroom, the Graduate Professional Engineer Professional Program Study Program at Udayana University held a National Seminar on the UNUD Postgraduate Engineer Professional Program – Senppiu 2022 with the theme Human Resources Development of Great Engineers and Superior Mentality on Monday (11/7/2022). This event was attended by the Postgraduate Director of Unud, Deputy Director I, Co-Prodi Engineer Profession along with teaching lecturers, and 8 presenters.

One of the presenters, I Putu Eka Udayana, presented about "IMPLEMENTATION OF SIMBG AT THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SPATIAL PLANNING IN BADUNG REGENCY CASE STUDY ON IMPLEMENTATION OF HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY, ENVIRONMENT IN A BUILDING AND BUILDING OFFICES."

In his presentation, he explained that Badung Regency is one of the largest regencies in the Province of Bali, so there are many building infrastructure developments to support community activities, starting from buildings of public interest or housing. With so many types of existing infrastructure, the Badung Regency government is present through the Badung Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in accordance with PP no. 16 of 2021 concerning Buildings in order to provide Building Approval (PBG) or Function-worthy Certificates (SLF) for various types of buildings in Badung Regency.

In this case, this study takes a case study on the application for SLF in the SIMBG system in Badung Regency, in order to find out how the implementation of the implementation of safety, health, security, and environmental conditions around the building that is applied for by SLF, and to review how many violations of existing buildings. and solving the problem so as not to harm either party. In the process the researcher uses qualitative methods by collecting primary data or secondary data to support the research process on case studies. The use of this qualitative research method concludes that there are still many buildings that ignore health, safety, security and the surrounding environment and there are still many buildings that violate the regulations that have been issued by the Badung Regency government, this is influenced by several factors so that this condition occurs a lot when checking application for SLF Building that has been recorded in the SIMBG System. Therefore, when carrying out a check on a completed application, input will be given regarding the fulfillment of building standards so that the building is suitable for its occupants or use, related to violations that occur against an already standing building, demolition can be carried out or impose a higher tax disincentive in accordance with regulations issued by the Badung Regency Government.
